What this site collects today
As the site stands, an introduction page and information pages, no personal data is collected automatically. There is no form, no account, and no browser-side analytics.
The only data processed is what you send us voluntarily by writing to contact@fenflorida.com.
Technical logs
The host keeps access logs containing IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent. These logs are used solely for security and diagnostics. They are kept for 30 days, then deleted.
Correspondence
When you write to us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message, solely to reply and, if you asked for it, to add you to the network. This correspondence is kept in our relationship management tool (Odoo, hosted by Odoo SA) for three years from the last contact.
We do not sell, rent or trade any personal data.
Where the data lives
French Executive Network’s application data is hosted in the Azure East US 2 region (United States). French Executive Network is a Florida nonprofit whose members and listed businesses are in Florida: the data stays in the territory where the activity happens.
If you reside in the European Economic Area, this processing involves a transfer of data outside the EEA. It relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses concluded with our processors.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, or object to that processing. Write to contact@fenflorida.com; we reply within thirty days.
If you reside in the European Economic Area, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
